Arrange a private taxi from Pan American Pier to San Juan with Lajas Taxi PR. Share the cruise arrival date and the address where you want to be dropped off in San Juan. Your ride begins at the meeting point agreed for the correct cruise terminal.

Confirm the correct cruise terminal

Pan American Pier is in the Isla Grande area of San Juan. It is a different vehicle destination from the Old San Juan waterfront piers. Send the pier or terminal shown on your cruise documents and confirm it with your cruise line before requesting the ride.

Meeting your taxi after the cruise

Your ship arrival time is not your vehicle pickup time. Allow for disembarkation and collecting your bags. Confirm the terminal exit and the permitted vehicle meeting point with Lajas Taxi PR. Keep the contact number for your group available and message when everyone is ready at the agreed place.

Your destination in San Juan

Send the full hotel or residential address in San Juan plus the building name and access instructions. A municipality name alone does not identify the final dropoff. If your destination is a rental property send a map pin when helpful and confirm which entrance you need.

A clear plan at both ends

For a metro area address specify the neighborhood and street entrance. A hotel in San Juan and an SJU Airport terminal are different destinations. If you need a flight connection give the airport name and flight details so the correct separate itinerary can be reviewed.

Passengers and cruise luggage

Count every traveler and describe the number and size of the suitcases. Ask about a Ford Transit for your group and confirm vehicle availability and luggage space for the reservation. Mention mobility needs or a child seat request before booking so the available arrangement can be discussed.

Book the return journey

If you need both directions send the dates and pickup details for each leg. Confirm the return terminal and meeting point as part of the booking. Waiting service and additional stops require their own agreement. Ask for a total quote for your itinerary and confirm the fare before travel.
