Identify the Office or Building
Hato Rey has office destinations that may require a specific entrance or reception point. Send the building name and street address, and note any entrance instructions included with your appointment confirmation.
If your destination is inside a larger property, check which entrance visitors should use. A suite or floor helps identify the office, while a clear street-level arrival point helps organize the drop-off.
Work Back from Your Appointment
Give your appointment time and say when you need to be at reception. Check whether the venue asks visitors to arrive early for registration, security screening or paperwork before choosing the requested arrival window.
Confirm a departure plan with the driver rather than relying on a fixed travel-time promise. Keep your travel-day phone available so changes to the pickup location or appointment can be discussed promptly.
Describe the Full Travel Party
Let us know how many people are traveling together and whether you have luggage, presentation materials or bulky equipment. Share transportation requirements without sending private documents or explaining the purpose of a confidential appointment.
A requested Ford Transit is subject to availability and suitability for the group and its belongings. Confirm the vehicle arrangement when booking, especially if several colleagues are planning to leave from the same pickup.
Arrange a Clear Quote and Return Plan
Call or text 787-508-8304 with your Lajas address, Hato Rey destination and travel date. Ask for the current quote and confirm what is included if you request additional stops or another pickup.
An appointment ending time may be uncertain. If you want return transportation, explain that uncertainty and ask how a separate return pickup could be arranged. Waiting and return service should be confirmed in advance.
