Identify Your Venue or Property
Santurce should be paired with a specific address in your booking request. Send the venue, business or accommodation name and verify the entrance that visitors are expected to use when arriving by vehicle.
For an event, look at the organizer instructions for passenger unloading and any temporary access changes. The named venue and its current arrival guidance help determine a practical drop-off rather than relying on a broad neighborhood label.
Allow for Event Arrival Requirements
If you have tickets or a scheduled appointment, share the required arrival time rather than only the event start. Check whether entry, registration or meeting companions adds another timing requirement to your plan.
Discuss a pickup time from your exact Lajas address and keep your travel-day phone available. Changes to the venue, program or arrival instructions should be shared before departure so the itinerary can be reviewed.
Coordinate Travelers and Belongings
Give the passenger count, luggage details and any larger items at the time of your request. If different members of the group need different drop-offs, describe each location before asking for a total trip quote.
A Ford Transit can be requested, but its availability and suitability must be confirmed for your group. Do not assume a particular seating or luggage arrangement until those details have been reviewed for your date.
Agree on the Quote and Return
Call or text Lajas Taxi PR at 787-508-8304 with the date, addresses and intended arrival window. Review the current quote, pickup instructions and payment arrangements before confirming your journey to Santurce.
For an evening event or a visit with a flexible end time, ask separately about a return pickup. Confirm the meeting point and availability in advance rather than assuming the driver will wait through the event.
