Choose a Specific Drop Off
Provide the property or venue name and street address instead of using Old San Juan as the only destination. Ask the receiving location about vehicle access and the best place to unload your bags.
The agreed drop-off needs to reflect the access available on the travel date. If an event or temporary restriction affects the address, discuss a practical alternative with the property and driver before arrival.
Distinguish a Visit from a Cruise Transfer
If your plans involve a cruise, use the terminal or pier named in your cruise documents. Do not assume every San Juan cruise departure uses an Old San Juan location when requesting transportation.
For sightseeing or a scheduled visit, identify the first place you want to reach. Multiple stops, waiting during an outing or a later collection need their own agreed arrangements rather than being assumed within a transfer.
Plan Hotel Arrival and Luggage
Check your hotel arrival instructions and whether luggage can be received before your room is ready. Share the requested arrival window and any unloading requirements that could affect where the vehicle should stop.
Give the passenger count and luggage details when asking about availability. If requesting a Ford Transit, confirm the vehicle and suitable capacity for the group before relying on that arrangement for your booking.
Confirm the Journey from Lajas
Call or text Lajas Taxi PR at 787-508-8304 with the date, Lajas pickup address and confirmed Old San Juan destination. Include any fixed check-in, boarding or appointment deadline relevant to the trip.
Request the current quote and review the pickup time, agreed drop-off and payment arrangements. A return journey or an additional transfer requires its own availability and price confirmation before it forms part of your plan.
