Arrange your taxi from San Juan Cruise Port to El Colonial Hotel with Lajas Taxi PR. Finish your sailing with a private transfer to the hotel on your reservation. Share your arrival date, ship name and confirmed disembarkation terminal so the meeting plan matches your cruise.

Your cruise-port pickup

Wait until your entire party has collected its luggage and completed the required arrival formalities before moving to the agreed meeting point. Keep your phone available and follow the driver instructions for the permitted pickup area. Disembarkation times can change; advise the driver if your ship or your exit is delayed.

Confirm the correct San Juan cruise terminal

San Juan cruise departures and arrivals can use the Old San Juan waterfront piers or Pan American Pier. These are separate locations. Send the terminal and pier listed by your cruise line along with the ship name. Do not use a general port name as a substitute for the confirmed boarding or pickup address.

Your destination at El Colonial Hotel

Send the full address for El Colonial Hotel from your booking confirmation. Similar hotel names can refer to different properties, and a hotel may have more than one entrance. A location pin helps your driver confirm the correct building. Let us know if your hotel arrival includes a planned stop or special access instructions.

Private transportation for passengers and luggage

Tell Lajas Taxi PR the number of adults and children and the number and size of your suitcases. Ask about a private Ford Transit for your party and confirm vehicle availability and luggage capacity. Mention any child seat request or mobility needs before booking so the available arrangement can be discussed.
